Format/Structure

The internship scheme is open to both Seconded and Contracted candidates. Application methods vary by nationality and role eligibility. Some positions are strictly open to seconded candidates, requiring nomination through national authorities.

• Seconded Candidates: Apply via the Goalkeeper portal.
• Contracted Candidates (EU citizens): Apply through a separate Goalkeeper link.
• Contributing Third States: Submit via Annex 2 application form.

Applicants will go through a selection process managed by Civilian Operations Headquarters (CivOpsHQ).
