About the Event

Herbert Smith Freehills is inviting applications for its 3-month paid International Arbitration Internship at its Bangkok office for the period between July and December 2025. The internship offers law graduates and postgraduates a unique opportunity to work closely with the firm’s top-tier disputes and arbitration team, gaining first-hand experience in high-level international legal practice in Asia.

Selected interns will contribute to live arbitration cases, conduct legal research, assist in client advisory matters, and participate in drafting scholarly papers and internal knowledge projects. The program is designed to provide immersive professional exposure and mentorship under one of Asia’s leading arbitration teams.

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Recent law graduates or postgraduates (LLB/LLM), or Thai students returning from overseas law studies
  • Strong academic background and extracurricular achievements
  • Demonstrated interest in international arbitration
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in Thailand (no visa sponsorship provided)
  • Fluency in both Thai and English
