About the Internship

The Law/Legal Internship at IndiShreshtha Private Limited is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain practical exposure to legal, regulatory, and compliance challenges within a startup focused on the beauty and wellness sector. Interns will work closely with the founding team and receive mentorship across diverse areas of legal practice.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
• Conduct legal research on regulations related to BPC (Beauty & Personal Care) industry including FDA, cosmetic labeling, and advertising laws
• Assist in legal compliance for IP, trademarks, and e-commerce laws
• Support company secretarial tasks like board resolutions, ROC filings, and maintaining legal records
• Coordinate with external legal advisors
• Track legal documents and handle notices or disputes
