JRTC Intern is offering an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience under a practicing advocate specializing in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Arbitration, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). This internship aims to equip interns with practical exposure, legal research skills, and drafting expertise while allowing them to observe live court proceedings.
Internship Details
📌 Position: Legal Intern
📌 Duration: 1 Month (Extendable based on performance)
📌 Eligibility:
- 3rd year & above (5-year law course)
- 2nd year & above (3-year law course)
📌 Location: Jangpura, New Delhi
📌 Mode: Offline (In-Office)
📌 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
📌 Stipend: Unpaid (Basic stipend may be provided based on performance review)
Roles & Responsibilities
✔ Legal & Policy Research
✔ Legal Drafting (Petitions, Contracts, and other legal documents)
✔ Observing Court Proceedings and assisting in case preparations
✔ Assisting in Arbitration and Litigation cases
