About the Internship

Kanooni Salah invites freshly enrolled advocates to apply for an intensive litigation internship under Advocate Deepak Sharma. With a focus on real-time courtroom experience, client handling, and legal research, the selected candidates will be exposed to a wide range of legal matters including criminal law, matrimonial disputes, white-collar crimes, FIR quashing, and consumer law.

Format/Structure

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with court exposure across:

• Delhi High Court
• All District Courts of Delhi

Responsibilities include:

• Attending court hearings and assisting in case arguments
• Drafting petitions, replies, and legal opinions
• Conducting legal research and analyzing case law
• Filing legal documents and coordinating with court clerks
• Liaising with clients and supporting the litigation team

Location

Offline (Delhi High Court & District Courts of Delhi)

Eligibility:

• Freshly enrolled advocates
• Interest in litigation and courtroom procedures
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel across court venues in Delhi
