About the Internship

Applications are now open for full-time offline internships at Karan Gupta Law Chambers for various slots between June and September 2025. The internship is ideal for law students passionate about dispute resolution and litigation. Interns will work closely with the litigation team on legal research, drafting, and client matters, and are expected to show initiative and ownership.

Format/Structure

• Eligibility:
  • Law students from any recognized institution (3-year or 5-year program)
  • Prior internship experience in disputes/litigation required
• Nature of Work:
  • Legal research, drafting, attending meetings, and active participation in dispute matters
• Stipend:
  • ₹6,000/month for students residing in Bangalore
  • ₹6,000 + up to ₹6,000 reimbursement for accommodation (for outstation students)
• Mode: Offline only
  (Applications for part-time or online internships will not be accepted)

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit the following documents via email:

1. CV (maximum 3 pages)
2. Statement of Interest (max 300 words) outlining motivation to pursue litigation
3. A short critique/analysis of either:
   • Gayatri Balasamy vs ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd, or
   • Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. vs State of Maharashtra
     (Include a brief summary and focused critique)

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Candidates will receive responses four weeks prior to their proposed internship slot.
