About the Organization

The Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge at the Supreme Court of India, is offering full-time, in-person judicial internships for law students. This internship provides an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in legal research, case analysis, and court proceedings under the guidance of a sitting Supreme Court judge.

About the Internship

This internship is designed to enhance legal knowledge, research skills, and courtroom exposure. Selected interns will work on drafting legal documents, summarizing case facts, and attending court hearings. Interns are expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Internship Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal memos/opinions.
• Prepare case briefs summarizing facts, submissions, and relevant case law.
• Attend court proceedings and meetings, taking detailed minutes.
