About the Internship

This paid legal internship is open to law students in the LLB/LLM 2025 batch who are passionate about dispute resolution. While primarily remote (work from home), interns may be required to visit their local Lawyer Panel office occasionally for training and team meetings. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in mediation, arbitration, and client management while working in a fixed-schedule environment with no late hours.

Key Responsibilities

1. Protect Client Rights: Assist in safeguarding clients’ legal rights within financial contracts.
2. Collaborate with Senior Lawyers: Support senior legal professionals to achieve client goals in dispute resolution.
3. Draft Legal Documents: Prepare legal documents for regulatory submissions.
4. Client Acquisition and Retention: Contribute to building and retaining Lawyer Panel’s client base.
5. Dispute Resolution Support: Facilitate client dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.
6. Negotiation Assistance: Aid clients in negotiations with stakeholders, ensuring fair outcomes.
