About the Tax Law Internship

Legum Attorney is inviting applications for a paid legal internship at the Chamber of Ashish Panday. This opportunity is ideal for senior law students interested in pursuing a career in Taxation Law, offering direct exposure to high court writs, customs appeals, GST notices, and ITAT drafting.

The internship is available for one month only, during November and December 2025, and is not an assessment internship.

Internship Details

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting Customs Appeals for import-export regulations and disputes.
• Writ Petitions under Article 226 for GST and customs matters before the High Court.
• Replying to GST Notices and compliance communications.
• Drafting for ITAT hearings and related tax matters.

Additional Details

This is a practical and focused internship ideal for candidates looking to build a foundation in Indirect Taxation and Appellate Litigation. Interns will receive mentoring and hands-on involvement in real-world legal documentation and strategy.
