About the Organization
Shuruwat Foundation, a government-registered NGO founded in Gwalior (2019) and officially recognized in March 2020, is dedicated to human and environmental development, women’s welfare, children’s rights, and upliftment of the underprivileged. With a growing footprint in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand, the foundation emphasizes meaningful social change through grassroots initiatives such as helping the elderly, planting trees, job creation, animal welfare, and providing essential social services.
About the Internship
The Shuruwat Foundation’s 4-week Virtual Social Internship program offers participants a chance to engage in real-world community outreach and social responsibility efforts. Each week is thoughtfully curated to develop different facets of a changemaker—ranging from writing and advocacy to fundraising and on-ground social impact.
Internship Structure
