Her chambers are well known for offering aspiring legal professionals meaningful exposure to litigation practice and legal drafting at the highest level of the Indian judiciary.

About the Internship

This internship is an excellent opportunity for law students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to the workings of the Supreme Court of India. The hybrid internship will combine both offline and online modes, providing flexibility along with the opportunity to engage directly with live court proceedings, research, and drafting tasks.

Interns will be mentored by Advocate Shruti Bist and her team, working on real-time cases and learning professional ethics, court mannerisms, and legal strategy development. CVs should be sent directly via email for consideration.

Event Dates

Format/Structure

• Mode: Hybrid (both online and offline components)
• Tasks: Legal research, drafting petitions, case law analysis, attending hearings (for offline interns)
• Eligibility: Law students (3rd year onwards for 5-year courses, 2nd year onwards for 3-year courses), recent graduates
• Stipend: Unpaid; performance-based recommendation letters may be offered

Location

Primarily based in New Delhi, with remote work flexibility available for online interns.
