About the Opportunity
This Legal Internship at UniAcco is a full-time in-office opportunity based in Mumbai, offering rich exposure to corporate, secretarial, and regulatory legal practices. Interns will gain hands-on experience in legal documentation, company compliance, statutory filings, board meeting preparations, and agreement drafting across various business domains.

Format/Structure
The selected intern will work on:
- Drafting notices, minutes, agendas, and reports for board and committee meetings
- Handling filings with RoC/MCA and maintaining statutory registers
- Supporting due diligence for regulatory and investor requirements
- Preparing and reviewing various legal agreements (NDAs, service, trade, marketing, influencer, MoUs, etc.)
- Conducting research on Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, and UK regulations
- Coordinating with statutory and secretarial auditors
