About the Internship

LKS is inviting applications from driven and academically accomplished law students for a long-term onsite internship. The internship is designed for students aiming to build a strong foundation in Corporate Law and M&A through hands-on legal work at one of India’s most respected firms.

• Preference will be given to students who have prior experience or interest in General Corporate Law.
• This is a valuable opportunity to work directly with senior partners and associates on transactional matters, contract drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
• Interns are expected to be physically present at the designated office throughout the internship duration.
