About NALSA:
The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) was established under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, with the mission to provide free Legal Services to the weaker sections of society.
About the Opportunity:
NALSA is offering internship programs for students pursuing or completing either a three-year LLB or five-year Law course from any recognized university/college.
Mode:

Internship Guidelines:
– Interns must adhere to NALSA office timings and work five days a week, Monday to Friday.
– No stipend or remuneration will be provided, but expenses for food and travel on out-of-office assignments/visits will be reimbursed.
– Interns are required to bring their own laptops.
– Local travel to courts and other offices may be required.
– On the first day, interns must submit their residence details in Delhi NCR and emergency contact information.
– A report of internship tasks must be submitted at the end of the program.
– A Certificate of Internship will be awarded upon successful completion to the satisfaction of the Member Secretary, NALSA.
Eligibility Criteria:
Students currently enrolled or have completed (including those awaiting results) the mentioned courses are eligible.

Submit:
– CV or Resume
– Expression of Interest (explaining interest in the internship and suitability, one page or shorter write-up)
– No objection or Letter of Recommendation from the appropriate authority mentioning Name, Semester/Year, and duration of the internship.
Send the application to nalsa-dla@nic.in with the subject "Application of Internship – (mention month and year)" (e.g., "Application for Internship – July, 2023").
Clearly mention the duration (start and end date) of the internship (minimum one month, maximum two months).
