About the Internship

The Argus Partners Internship Program is designed to provide law students with hands-on experience in a professional legal environment. The firm welcomes applications from students pursuing their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. program or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. program.

Interns at Argus Partners will have the opportunity to engage in legal research, assist in drafting, attend client meetings, and gain practical exposure to corporate transactions and litigation procedures.

Internship Structure & Responsibilities

✔️ Legal Research & Case Analysis: Interns will work on complex legal issues, gaining research experience in various legal domains.
✔️ Drafting & Documentation: Exposure to drafting contracts, legal opinions, and pleadings.
✔️ Client Interaction: Opportunities to observe client meetings and case discussions.
✔️ Court & Regulatory Appearances: Litigation interns may attend court proceedings and regulatory hearings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law students in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year law program OR
• Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. program
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
