Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns will be involved in various aspects of legal practice, including:

• Legal Drafting & Research: Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Case Preparation: Assisting lawyers in the preparation of cases by analyzing case files and legal precedents.
• Court Appearances: Attending and assisting in hearings before:
  • High Court
  • District Court
  • TSDAT, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, Arbitration Tribunals, and other legal forums
• Client Consultation Support: Assisting in client meetings and legal advisory sessions.

This internship will provide interns with exposure to various areas of law, including civil, commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.

• Open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th-year law students from reputed law colleges.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior internship experience and practical exposure in legal research and drafting.
