About the Event
Applications are now open for in-person internships at Karan Gupta Law Chambers for the months of September to December 2025. Interns will engage in real-time litigation work, including research, drafting, and attending meetings. The office is looking for highly motivated students interested in building a career in disputes and litigation.

Responsibilities:
- Legal research and drafting on dispute-related cases
- Analysis of court judgments and legal principles
- Opportunity to attend internal meetings and client interactions

Stipend Details

Eligibility
Open to:
- Students in their penultimate or final year of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program
- Candidates with prior internship experience in litigation or disputes
- Strong legal research, writing, and interest in litigation practice
Application Requirements

- CV (not exceeding 3 pages)
- Statement of Interest (max 300 words)
- Explain why you are motivated to practice in disputes/litigation
- Short Critique/Analysis of one of the following Supreme Court judgments:

- M/S Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra
- The critique must briefly summarize the holding and focus on an independent, analytical perspective

FAQs
Q1: Can first- or second-year law students apply?
A: No. Only penultimate and final-year students of LL.B. programs are eligible.
Q2: Will remote or part-time internship applications be accepted?
A: No. This is a strictly full-time, in-office opportunity.
Q3: Is accommodation provided for outstation candidates?
A: No, but a reimbursement of up to ₹6,000/- is offered for accommodation expenses.
Q4: Will I receive a certificate?
A: Yes, successful interns will receive a certificate of completion.
Q5: How competitive is the selection process?
A: Highly competitive – the critique/analysis component is designed to filter serious and research-oriented applicants.
