About the Event

KMJ Legal invites applications from final-year and penultimate-year law students for a full-time, in-person internship during July 2025. This internship is limited to only three (3) positions, and selected interns will work directly with the firm’s lawyers on active cases and legal research matters across litigation, arbitration, and policy.

This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain real-world legal exposure and build foundational experience in the Delhi litigation circuit.

Format and Structure

Interns will be required to:

• Conduct legal research and draft notes on case law, statutes, and procedural matters
• Assist in drafting petitions, written submissions, and policy briefs
• Attend court hearings and client meetings (as permitted)
• Support the preparation of case files, compliance checklists, and legal opinions
• Work under the supervision of experienced litigation and advisory professionals

Venue: KMJ Legal, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Mode: Full-time and In-Person only (No remote/hybrid option)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (timing as per firm requirements)

Eligibility

Open to:

• Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
• Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
• Must reside in New Delhi and be available for immediate joining
• Prior exposure to litigation, corporate law, or policy work is an advantage

Required Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Good command of English and legal terminology
• Interest in litigation, regulatory law, and public policy
• Ability to work with discipline in a demanding environment
