About The Team

Job Summary

This position will provide support towards review and drafling of contracts for India and US jurisdictions and advice perlaining to Lowe\’s business operations in India.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Independently drafling, reviewing and negotiating agreements for IT software. hardware, cloud. SAAS, consulling/advisory and other professional services:
• Assisting in the monitoring of the contract review process to ensure compliance with Lowe\’s Agreement Guidelines, and satisfaction of internal

Business units/stakeholders:

• Ability to work from and with contract templates and playbook and assist in continuously improvising the same
• Assessing the risk under each contract and communicating the same to business.

Years Of Experience

Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm

Required Minimum Qualifications

LLB or LLM graduate with 6 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/ law firm.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• Experience of review and drafling of global. US. and Indian contracts:
• Critical Thinking, good negotiation skills, excellent verbal and wrillen communication, familiar with various templates, ability to researchi
• Inilialive, flexibility, ability to adapt to different types of business functions and cullures:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. able to work independently and in groups and
• Exceptional integrity and work ethic.
