Position: Legal Intern

Office Location:

I.P. Extension, Delhi

Duration:

1 to 3 months, starting from July 2024

Stipend:

Experience and performance-based

Working Hours:

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Leave Policy:
The intern may take up to four (4) casual leaves, provided the office is informed beforehand.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting Legal Documents:
  Develop strong drafting skills by working on various legal documents and filings.
• Communication:
  Enhance your communication skills by interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Research:
  Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases and legal strategies.
• Court Visits:
  Attend court proceedings and witness legal arguments in real time.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work both independently and as part of a team to handle legal tasks.
• Case Handling:
  Gain experience in handling a variety of cases and legal matters.

Requirements for the Internship

• Strong Drafting Skills:
  Ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Good Communication:
  Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required.
• Research Skills:
  Capable of conducting thorough and effective legal research.
• Teamwork and Independence:
  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of Legal Procedures:
  A good grasp of legal processes and ground work.
• Court Experience:
  Willingness to attend court visits and observe arguments.
