Shri Pradyut Bordoloi is the Member of Parliament for Nagaon, Assam, and is a key figure in shaping public policy and governance in the country. His office offers an exciting internship opportunity that allows young individuals to witness the workings of the Parliament and contribute to parliamentary research and interventions.

About the Internship:

This research internship provides a unique opportunity to engage in the workings of the Indian Parliament during the Budget Session of 2025. Interns will gain insight into the research behind parliamentary questions, speeches, and policy briefs, equipping them with valuable skills for their future careers in public policy and governance. Selected candidates will receive a certificate at the end of their internship, provided they complete all assignments to satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Research Intern, you will be tasked with:

• Assisting in research for parliamentary interventions, including speeches and questions.
• Preparing policy briefs and reports.
• Conducting analysis on current events related to public policy.

The role requires strong research and writing skills, the ability to meet deadlines, teamwork, and a keen interest in public policy.

Location:

Central Delhi (In-office role)

Additional Details:

• Eligibility: Applicants must have excellent research and writing skills. North Eastern candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
• Deadline: 3rd January 2025, 3:00 PM.
• Certification: A certificate will be provided at the end of the internship upon successful completion of assignments.
