About the Internship

The internship program at VNC provides valuable exposure to students interested in corporate law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). Eligibility Criteria

• Law Students: Students currently pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• Company Secretary Students: Students pursuing the CS Professional Programme with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) are also eligible to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research in corporate law and IBC-related matters.
• Assisting in drafting petitions, appeals, affidavits, replies, rejoinders, legal notices, and agreements.
• Analyzing case laws and judicial precedents.
• Supporting e-filing and physical filing of petitions at the NCLT and NCLAT registries.
