About the Internship Opportunity
The Chambers of Dr. S Singh Advocate invites applications from talented and driven individuals for internships during February, March, and April 2025 at their New Delhi office. This internship offers hands-on experience in legal drafting, attending court and tribunal proceedings, client meetings, and contributing to high-profile disputes.
Mode
The internship is conducted physically at the New Delhi office.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will have opportunities to:
- Work on cases involving NGT, ED, CBI, NCLAT, Matrimonial Disputes, White Collar Crimes, and Environment Law Disputes.
- Handle matters related to Debt Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Arbitration, and Real Estate Law.
- Attend court and tribunal proceedings across India.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in drafting and resolving complex legal issues.
- Engage in research and advisory work on Corporate Law, Electricity Law, and Aviation Law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Penultimate and Final-Year Law Students from leading law schools recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Candidates pursuing Masters in Law or PhD in Law are also eligible to apply.
