About the Internship Opportunity

The Chambers of Dr. S Singh Advocate invites applications from talented and driven individuals for internships during February, March, and April 2025 at their New Delhi office. This internship offers hands-on experience in legal drafting, attending court and tribunal proceedings, client meetings, and contributing to high-profile disputes.

The internship is conducted physically at the New Delhi office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will have opportunities to:

• Work on cases involving NGT, ED, CBI, NCLAT, Matrimonial Disputes, White Collar Crimes, and Environment Law Disputes.
• Handle matters related to Debt Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Liquidation, Arbitration, and Real Estate Law.
• Attend court and tribunal proceedings across India.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in drafting and resolving complex legal issues.
• Engage in research and advisory work on Corporate Law, Electricity Law, and Aviation Law.

Eligibility Criteria

• Penultimate and Final-Year Law Students from leading law schools recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Candidates pursuing Masters in Law or PhD in Law are also eligible to apply.
