Responsibilities

Interns will work directly under senior counsel and advocates, assisting in a variety of legal tasks. These include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending hearings at the Supreme Court, High Court, NGT, NCLT, and NCLAT
• Assisting in drafting writ petitions, SLPs, legal notices, and interim applications
• Conducting legal research on constitutional law, commercial statutes, and environmental regulations
• Assisting in preparing case briefs, court notes, and cause lists
• Attending client conferences, briefing sessions, and strategic meetings
• Managing document review and filings
