Format and Structure
The internship will be conducted offline, involving on-ground activities and responsibilities such as:
- Daily legal research and advisory support
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and compliance documents
- Accompanying to courts and tribunals including the High Court, NCLT, and Commercial Courts
- Client interaction and professional correspondence
- Weekly progress reviews and skill evaluations
Selection will be based on a telephonic or in-person conversation following CV screening. No written test or group discussion is required. The evaluation will emphasize the candidate’s interest, communication skills, and prior exposure (if any) to relevant legal areas.
