About the Organisation

CCI invites applications for its prestigious internship program. It is designed to help students understand and research competition law, offering hands-on experience under the supervision of professionals.
Internship Details
- Objective: To provide students with exposure to the Competition Act and its applications.
- Duration: 1 month (extendable to 2–3 months upon recommendation from the respective institution).
- Eligibility:
- Students pursuing degrees in Economics, Law, Management, or Finance.
- Specific educational qualifications include:
- Law:
- 2nd and 3rd-year students of a 3-year LLB program.
- 4th and 5th-year students of a 5-year integrated LLB program.
- LLM students.
- Economics/Management: MA/MSc Economics, MBA, or 4th and 5th-year students of an integrated degree in Economics.
- Professional Courses: Final group of CA, CS, or Cost Accountancy.
- Law:
- Honorarium: ₹15,000 per month.

- Interns will work across various divisions of CCI.
- An induction program on the Competition Act, 2002 will be conducted on the first day.
- A presentation on the intern’s work is mandatory for certificate issuance.
Application Process
- Deadline: Applications must reach by the 1st of the preceding month.

- Fill in the prescribed application form and include a Statement of Purpose (200 words).
- Attach a recommendation letter from your academic institution.
- Selection: Interns are selected based on their academic qualifications, research interest in competition law, and performance in the Statement of Purpose.
