About the Internship:
Chambers of Abhinav Mishra is seeking young, hard-working, and capable individuals who are eager to explore the intricacies of law. Interns will be involved in legal drafting, attending matters before courts/tribunals pan India, participating in meetings & discussions with clients, and contributing towards resolving complex disputes and providing sound advisories. The internship period is from March 2024 to June 2024 at their New Delhi Office.
Eligibility:
– Penultimate and Final Year Law Students
– Candidates pursuing LLM may also apply
– Interest in Constitutional matters, Civil & White Collar Crime Trials, Restructuring of Debts, I&B, Liquidation, Real Estate, Arbitration, Taxation, Electricity matters & Corporate Advisories
Stipend:
The monthly stipend for the internship period (March 2024 – June 2024) will range from INR 7,500 to INR 20,000 based on the performance and review of the candidate's work.
