About the Internship:
Skuad is offering a unique opportunity for Legal Interns.
Eligibility:
– Completed Bachelors in Law or related field or currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program
– Reliable, dependable, composure, deals with ambiguity
– Ability to function autonomously with strong attention to detail
– Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
– A go-getter attitude with a focus on extreme ownership and accountability
Responsibilities:
– Conduct research using legal databases, libraries, and corporate and country law
– Assist in putting together agreements/contracts
– Proofread documents and submit them for review
– Assist in drafting Employment contracts
Duration of Internship:
The internship is for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Stipend:
INR 20,000 – INR 25,000
