The seminar will focus on the following three major legislative reforms in India:

2. Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023: Aims at modernizing criminal justice, streamlining procedures, enhancing legal protections, supporting victims, and reforming sentencing.
3. Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023: Deals with evolving evidence laws, handling digital evidence, advances in forensic science, and ensuring witness protection.

Call for Papers:

The organizers invite Professors, Judges, Advocates, and Research Scholars to submit abstracts and papers on topics related to the above-mentioned themes. Selected papers will be published in an edited volume with an ISBN number.
