Dr. TMA Pai International Technology Arbitration Moot Competition 2024:

– Date: March 30th-31st, 2024.

– Focuses on the intersection of technology and arbitration, addressing substantive legal issues, cybersecurity, data protection, and electronic evidence.

 

Competition Details:

– Location: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Bengaluru Campus.

 

Eligibility:

Open to students from any law school in India and abroad pursuing three or five-year integrated courses.

– Team Structure: Each team comprises two speakers and one researcher; only 16 teams allowed.

 

Prizes:

– Winner: INR 1,50,000.

– Runner-Up: INR 50,000.

– Best Speaker, Best Researcher, Best Memorandum: INR 20,000 each.

– All participating teams receive certificates of participation.

 

Important Dates:

– Moot Proposition Release: Jan 23, 2024.

– Last Date of Registration: Jan 21, 2024.

– Registration Fee: INR 4500 for Indian teams, 150 USD for international teams (non-refundable).

 

Registration Process:

– Interested candidates can fill out the provided registration form.

– Upon receipt, the institute acknowledges and assigns a unique team code for identification during the competition.
