Responsibilities

As an Associate Advocate, you will be involved in a wide range of legal tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough legal research using tools like SCC, Manupatra, and other databases
• Drafting of petitions, legal notices, plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, and affidavits
• Assisting in client consultations, briefings, and case strategy discussions
• Attending court hearings (Delhi High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals)
• Coordinating with court clerks and managing filing procedures
• Preparing and maintaining case files, court updates, and hearing schedules

Location:
Chamber Office – Defence Colony, New Delhi – 110024
(Proximity to major courts and public transport)

Mode of Work:
Full-Time | In-Chamber + Court Visits

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
(Saturdays may involve flexible or half-day schedules based on court work)
