About the Opportunity

Advocate Rajiv Yadav, an Advocate on Record (AoR) at the Supreme Court of India, is seeking a litigation associate with 2 to 8 years of experience to join his team. The practice primarily focuses on litigation before:

• The Supreme Court of India
• The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL)

The role involves court appearances, legal research, and briefing senior counsel, providing hands-on experience in complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Court Appearances & Legal Proceedings: Represent clients in litigation matters before the Supreme Court and APTEL.
• Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in drafting petitions, appeals, and legal opinions.
• Case Preparation & Briefing: Prepare case files, draft submissions, and assist in briefing senior counsels for hearings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and written advocacy.
• Prior experience in Supreme Court litigation and regulatory matters is an advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple cases.
