About the Opportunity

VSK Legal Associates is currently hiring a full-time Associate (0–2 Years PQE) to join its Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Advisory practice area at its New Delhi office. Format and Structure

The Associate will work across a wide range of matters, gaining hands-on litigation exposure and practical insight into regulatory proceedings. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions
• Handling case coordination, including client communication and court/tribunal appearances
• Conducting legal research, drafting memos, case summaries, and internal legal updates
• Participating in strategy discussions, pre-litigation planning, and settlement negotiation support
• Liaising with internal teams, clients, senior counsels, and other legal professionals

• Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Organized, team-oriented, and capable of managing timelines independently

Mentorship: Selected candidates will work under direct supervision of experienced partners and associates in high-stakes litigation and advisory mandates.

Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience.
