PQE Required	0-2 Years
Qualification	LL.B. (Preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents including commercial and civil suits, trademark/copyright/design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and other pleadings.
• Legal Research – Conducting in-depth legal research on platforms such as SCC, Manupatra, and assisting with case strategies.
• Case Management – Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Client Interaction – Engaging with clients and coordinating legal matters.
• Court Appearances – Representing clients in various courts and tribunals, preparing arguments, and assisting in mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
