Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters independently or under senior supervision
• Represent clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings
• Draft pleadings, written statements, rejoinders, legal notices, and applications
• Appear before Civil Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration Panels
• Conduct legal research, frame case strategies, and prepare legal opinions
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex and cross-border disputes
• Liaise with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure strategic communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to case timelines

Key Requirements

• LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant PQE in litigation and arbitration

• Other applicable commercial laws
• Excellent drafting and communication skills (English proficiency is essential)
