Looking for-

Legal Consultant

Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory Services:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all mallers related to real estate Transactions, including properly acquisition, development, leasing, and sales.

Offer insights on zoning regulations, land use, environmental laws, and other relevant legal aspects affecting real estate operations.

Contract Drafting and Review:

Draft. review, and negotiale various contracts and agreements such as purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and construction contracts.

Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the organization\’s interests.

Due Diligence and Compliance:

• Conduct due diligence investigations to assess legal risks associated with real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local, stale, and federal laws and regulations governing real estate activities.

Litigation Support:

Collaborate with external counsel and provide support in real estate liligalion mallers, including disputes, claims, and enforcement actions.

• Assist in alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitralion.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients. government authorities, and external legal advisors.
• Advise clients on legal strategies and risk management related to real estate investments and projects.

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in real estale laws and regulations.
• Prepare legal opinions, memos, and reports outlining findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience practicing real estate law with a focus on commercial or residential transactions.

• Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and support in

complex real estate mallers.

• Strong knowledge of properly law. contract law, and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal

issues for non-legal stakeholders. • Delail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
