Job Description

CivicMinds, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our firm\’s growth and ensuring the successful implementation of business development strategies. As a Legal Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our legal services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the firm\’s business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
  Develop, implement, and manage the firm’s business development and client services plan, aligning with the firm\’s strategic goals and policies set by management.
• Marketing and Client Outreach:
  Support the development and tracking of business development and marketing plans. Handle client calls to promote the firm’s legal services and maintain the firm\’s brand image.
• Database Management:
  Maintain firm databases used for marketing and business development, and generate reports as requested.
• Administrative Support:
  Schedule meetings and depositions, answer phone calls, maintain digital records, and provide general administrative support.
• Office Management:
  Assist with office management tasks, including follow-up and reminders to relevant entities.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor\’s degree in law (LLB, LLM, BA LLB, B.COM LLB) from a reputed law college.
• Communication Skills:
  Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills.
• Organizational Skills:
  Strong organizational and management skills.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), computer word processing, database management, and spreadsheet skills.

  Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Location:
  On-site job based in Mohali.
• Cab Facility:
  Available for female employees on both sides.
