Job Summary

We are seeking a molivaled and skilled Indian Qualified Lawyer to join our legal Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various legal lasks related to dala protection, branding, privacy. Trademark registration, and the negotiation of software contracts. The role will involve general agreement drafling and review, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dala Protection and Privacy:
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with dala protection laws. including GDPR and Indian dala privacy laws.
• Draft and review privacy policies and dala processing agreements.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage dala protection breaches and incidents.

Branding and Trademark Registration:

• Advise on branding strategies and protect intellectual properly rights.
• Handle trademark registration, opposition, and enforcement.
• Conduct trademark searches and provide guidance on brand protection strategies.
• Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate, draft. and review software contracts, including SaaS agreements. licensing agreements, and service level agreements.
• Negotiate and draft general agreements such as NDAs. vendor contracts. and partnership agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• General Legal Support:
• Provide legal support and advice on various mallers, including compliance and corporate governance.
• Assist with litigation and dispute resolution as needed.
• Keep abreast of legal developments and provide updates and training to relevant departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: LLB from a recognized university in India.
• Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with exposure to dala protection, privacy, and intellectual property law.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of dala protection laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in trademark law and experience with trademark registration processes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for various types of contracts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Language: Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
