Handling all over corporate legal matters and issues, like criminal, civil, consumer, drafting & velling issues, handling brands & others, elc.. Strong knowledge of corporate law. contract law, intellectual properly law, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- It has a fair knowledge of the LAW of India academic & practical also (Civil. criminal. properly, and consumer acts)
- handle day to day quarries & issues of Customers & others.
- handling corporate legal issues
- The individual is capable of handling the issue and reporting to management.
Qualifications:
LLB/LLM
Professional Qualifications:
Minimum qualification is degree of LAW from any reputed institute
Experience:
10 Years
Salary Range:
60000-80000
Specific skills:
Should have good command over drafting in Hindi and English
Personal characteristics: Presentable personality
Physical abilities: Have good physical health
