About the Vacancy

Kashyap Chambers is inviting applications for the role of Junior Associates. The position is designed for lawyers who want to build their careers in pure litigation practice. Selected candidates will be expected to engage in drafting, legal research, and frequent court appearances, while progressively taking ownership of cases under the supervision of senior counsel.

Format and Structure

Qualification and Experience

• Law Degree: 3-year LL.B. / 5-year integrated law degree from a recognized university
• Experience:
  • Position 1: 0–1 year post-qualification litigation experience
  • Position 2: 1–2 years post-qualification litigation experience
• Enrolment with any State Bar Council is mandatory

Skills Required

• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent command over English (oral and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
• Keen interest in litigation with long-term commitment to courtroom practice
