Specifics of the Position/Internship

Bozzil is hiring a Compliance and Legal Executive to work at their Mumbai office.

Function and Accountabilities

•Create and execute a thorough compliance SOP in line with the objectives of the business and applicable laws.

•Collaborate with senior management to develop policies, procedures, and controls that guarantee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Keep abreast on the laws, rules, and regulations that are pertinent to the brands we represent.

•Examine the effects of new regulations and advise top management on how compliance may affect the operations of each of our brands.

•Examine agreements and contracts in the regular course of business.
Help close transaction and compliance documentation in the event of a fund-raiser or structural change.

•To find compliance vulnerabilities and hazards, do routine risk assessments.
Create and present training courses for staff members throughout the company on compliance policies, practices, and moral principles.

•Encourage the organization to have a culture of honesty and compliance awareness.

•Act as the point of contact for questions about compliance with regulations to auditors, regulatory bodies, and other parties.

•As required, compile and send accurate and timely compliance reports to regulatory agencies.

•Assume responsibility for concluding legal due diligence in the event that a company\’s structure changes.

Work together with senior management, legal counsel, and other functional teams to resolve compliance-related issues and execute.

Qualifications

•A bachelor\’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as finance, business administration, or law.

• It is preferable to have a higher degree or certification in compliance (such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional).demonstrated expertise leading compliance in a startup or fast-paced setting in SBRT and D2C thorough knowledge of the legislation (such as data protection laws and industry-specific regulations) that are pertinent to startups and private limited firms.

•Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to comprehend and apply complicated legislation to the operations of businesses.Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and work well with people at all organizational levels.

•Method to problem-solving and decision-making that is proactive and strongly rooted in integrity and ethical behavior.

Pay/Stipend

The selected candidate\’s salary will be established during the interview process.
