Job Description:

• Responsible for Leading and managing complex litigation, corporale advisory and compliance mallers/Responsible for Secretarial activities of The organization.
• To deal with suits, Injunction/Specific Performance/ Writ Pelilions/Winding Up Petitions and high-end Arbitration mallers.
• Dynamic experience managing Statutory Compliance. Legal mallers and providing all Corporale due diligence. Merger & Acquisition. IBC and NCLT matters.
• Responsible for finalization of high value commercial Contracts. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Drafting and velling of contracts related to entire gamut of business and Liaison with counsels on various legal issues.
• Having practical exposure in corporale legal mallers with emphasis on Corporate Law, Company Law, mining laws. Commercial. Contracts. Custom. Sales Tax & Income Tax mallers.
• Drafting, velling & execution of all high value Corporale, commercial and business agreements ability to draft various types of deeds and conveyances including such as Lease, mortgage. Assignment. Share Transfer agreements, business transfer agreements, elc.
• Having exposure pertaining to Infrastructure Laws. EPC Contracts/EPC Companies, related arbitrations and liligations.
• To provide legal support towards Land purchase/acquisitions related due diligence and compliances, having exposure in land mallers/liligations.
