RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and prepare high-quality patent applications.
- Conduct thorough prior art searches and analyze relevant prior art.
- Collaborate closely with inventors, clients, and legal teams to gather and understand technical details and innovations.
- Create and refine detailed palent drawings, including block diagrams and flowcharts, adhering to USPTO guidelines.
- Utilize various drafling tools and software such as AutoCAD, MS Visio.
- CATIA, CorelDraw, and SolidWorks to produce precise and compliant palent drawings.
- Ensure all patent documents undergo multiple quality checkpoints throughout The drafting process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in palent laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
•Master\’s degree in Engineering.
- Preferred Engineering streams CS. IT. Electronics. Electrical. Mechanical,Civil
- For Experienced Candidates Patent Application drafting skills are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
