RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and prepare high-quality patent applications.
• Conduct thorough prior art searches and analyze relevant prior art.
• Collaborate closely with inventors, clients, and legal teams to gather and understand technical details and innovations.
• Create and refine detailed palent drawings, including block diagrams and flowcharts, adhering to USPTO guidelines.
• Utilize various drafling tools and software such as AutoCAD, MS Visio.
• CATIA, CorelDraw, and SolidWorks to produce precise and compliant palent drawings.
• Ensure all patent documents undergo multiple quality checkpoints throughout The drafting process to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and changes in palent laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

•Master\’s degree in Engineering.

• Preferred Engineering streams CS. IT. Electronics. Electrical. Mechanical,Civil
• For Experienced Candidates Patent Application drafting skills are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
