Job Description:

Our firm is looking for an Al Legal assistant, with a view to enhance our capabilities, who shall provide strategic guidance and expertise on regulations. standards, and more for AI-ML.

AI Legal assistant is expected to support our Team in the field of legal research. document analysis, policy making and compliance monitoring in the area of Al.

This role is integral to our mission of integrating Al principles into our legal practices, and to be the forefront of legal innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Law with special/certified courses on Al or any related field. Advanced degree preferred.Strong understanding of Al technology and its legal implications.

• Experience with dala privacy and security regulations

.• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory advice in the context of Al both India & Global Proven ability to conduct legal research and analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

:• Conduct Al-driven legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.

• Assist in the development and implementation of Al tools for contract analysis and compliance monitoring

.• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to design and refine Al models for legal applications.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with dala privacy and security regulations.

• Provide guidance on Al transactions and related legal mallers.Support audits, cybersecurity, and dala breach response planning.

• Engage in public policy and legislative advocacy related to Al and technology law.•

Develop comprehensive Al ethics and governance frameworks.Contribute to the development of end-to-end dala security strategies.

• Assist in energy audits and regulatory compliance and strategy development.

Skills and Expertise:

• Dala Privacy and Security: Knowledge of regulations and best practices in dala protection.

• Compliance and Regulatory Advice: Expertise in navigating the legal landscape of Al technology.

• Guidance on Al Transactions: Experience advising on Al-related business Transactions.

• Audits: Skills in conducting Thorough legal and compliance audits.

• Cybersecurity and Data Breach Response Planning: Proficiency in planning and responding to cybersecurity incidents.

• Public Policy and Legislative Advocacy: Ability to engage with policymakers and advocate for Al-related legislation.

• Comprehensive Al Ethics and Governance Frameworks: Experience developing ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for Al.

• End-to-End Data Security Strategies: Ability to design and implement comprehensive dala securily measures

.• Regulatory Compliance and Strategy Development: Expertise in developing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Energy Audit: Knowledge of conducting energy audits and understanding related regulations.
