Position:
Freelance Corporate and IP Legal Professional
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate mallers, including mergers. acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
- Draft. review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise clients on intellectual property (IP) mallers, including trademark. copyright, patent filings. and IP portfolio management.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with the latest laws and regulations affecting corporale and IP law.
- Assist clients in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
- Ensure all legal activities comply with relevani laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporale and IP Legal Professional with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in corporate law and intellectual property law.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in law (e.g.. LLB. LLM. or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simullaneously and meel deadlines.
