Position:

Freelance Corporate and IP Legal Professional

Location:

Work from Home

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate mallers, including mergers. acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Draft. review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on intellectual property (IP) mallers, including trademark. copyright, patent filings. and IP portfolio management.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated with the latest laws and regulations affecting corporale and IP law.
• Assist clients in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
• Ensure all legal activities comply with relevani laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Corporale and IP Legal Professional with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in corporate law and intellectual property law.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in law (e.g.. LLB. LLM. or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simullaneously and meel deadlines.
