About the job

•In this role. you will provide legal support to the company on a wide range of mallers, including:

•Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including agreements relating to procurement.

•Service, consulting, distribution, external manufacturing, sales, license, intellectual properly.

•Franchise, leave and license and other legal agreements

•Experience with retailers, drafting of basic franchisee, store opening relail contracts

•Experience with legal notices from business pariners (sending notices and replying to notices)

•Conducting legal research and providing advice on a variely of legal issues

•Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and other corporale Transactions

•Assisting in managing and resolving legal disputes

•Working with external counsel as needed

Qualifications:

•LLB degree from a recognized law school

•2-5 years of experience in a corporate or in-house legal selling. Retail experience or experience in

•Execuling commercial contracts will be preferred.

•Strong research and writing skills

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
