About the Event
The School of Law and Public Policy at Avantika University is hosting a judgment writing competition titled “न्यायिकलेखनप्रतिस्पर्धा”. This event aims to deepen participants’ understanding and application of Indian Criminal Law, especially focusing on the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), and the Indian Evidence Act. Participants will be provided with a case scenario and will be required to draft a well-reasoned judgment considering facts, evidence, and relevant legal provisions.
